AI Tax Opinion Portal

By accessing or using the AI Tax Opinion Portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Portal.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the AI Tax Opinion portal (“Portal”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Portal.

2. Nature of Service

1. The Portal enables users to submit information and receive AI-driven tax opinions generated by an automated system.

2. The Portal is strictly limited to:

  • receiving user inputs,
  • processing such inputs using AI models, and
  • generating automated tax-related insights or opinion drafts.

3. The Portal does not provide professional tax consultancy, legal advice, accounting, audit, or compliance services, or any form of document analysis, verification, or review. All outputs are generated purely by AI based on user-provided information.

3. No Professional Engagement Created

Use of the Portal does not create:

  • a tax advisor–client relationship,
  • a legal advisor–client relationship,
  • an accounting or audit engagement, or
  • any other professional services relationship.

Any professional engagement with AI Tax Opinion (or its operators) must be formally agreed outside the Portal under a separate written agreement or engagement letter.

4. User Responsibility

By using the Portal, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You remain fully responsible for your tax positions, filings, documentation, and overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You must verify any AI-generated output with a qualified human tax professional before using it for regulatory submissions, tax filings, financial reporting, or other business-critical purposes.
  • You will not rely solely on the Portal to meet any statutory, regulatory, or legal requirement.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

1. All outputs generated by the Portal are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies, outdated legal interpretations, incomplete analysis, or misinterpretations.

2. AI Tax Opinion does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or suitability of any AI-generated opinion or insight.

3. AI Tax Opinion is not liable for any loss, penalty, tax exposure, interest, or other consequences resulting from reliance on any AI-generated output or from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

6. User Content

1. You may submit information (“User Content”) through the Portal only for the purpose of generating an AI-driven tax opinion.

2. You confirm that you have lawful rights to provide such information and that submitting it does not violate any law, contract, or third-party rights.

3. You agree not to submit:

  • illegal, harmful, or misleading information,
  • malware, corrupted data, or harmful code, or
  • personal or confidential data belonging to others without the necessary rights or permissions.

7. Data Storage & Confidentiality

1. We take reasonable steps to protect your information and maintain appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

2. As the Portal uses AI and cloud-based infrastructure, absolute confidentiality or security cannot be guaranteed.

3. Your submitted information may be:

  • stored temporarily for processing,
  • transmitted securely to AI engines and related systems, and
  • used strictly to generate responses for you via the Portal.

4. User Content is not used for training, selling, or sharing beyond what is essential for operation of the Portal and the underlying AI services.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, AI Tax Opinion:

  • disclaims all warranties (express or implied) relating to the Portal and its outputs, including any warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement; and
  • is not liable for any tax penalties, losses, damages, costs, or consequences arising from use of, or reliance on, AI-generated opinions or from your failure to obtain independent professional advice.

AI Tax Opinion is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

9. Allowed & Prohibited Use

Allowed Use

  • Submitting your own information solely for generating AI-driven tax opinions for your personal or internal business use.

Strictly Prohibited

  • Using the Portal to provide services or advice to third parties on a commercial basis.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or re-packaging Portal outputs as your own professional advice.
  • Misusing the Portal in any way that violates applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, bypass, or otherwise interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Portal.

10. Intellectual Property

1. All software, design, content, workflows, prompts, logic, and related materials within or underlying the Portal are and remain the intellectual property of AI Tax Opinion or its licensors.

2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Portal solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Portal may rely on third-party AI engines, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. AI Tax Opinion is not responsible for:

  • the availability, performance, or security of such services,
  • errors or omissions in AI outputs arising from those services, or
  • changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of such third-party systems.

12. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. AI Tax Opinion is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

13. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal, without prior notice, if:

  • you breach these Terms,
  • you misuse the Portal,
  • we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority, or
  • we identify security, operational, or misuse risks.

14. Modifications to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page or elsewhere on the Portal. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory provisions of law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

16. Contact

For any questions or concerns regarding these Terms, you must contact us exclusively through the Contact Us form available on the Portal. No other communication channel shall be considered valid for matters relating to these Terms.
